Affordable HACCP and Food Safety for Caribbean Businesses
Springboard Caribbean has been providing food safety services, HACCP training, and HACCP implementation support throughout the Caribbean for the last five years. We support over 170 businesses, have trained and certifed 1,600+ people, and deliver over 50 accredited food safety and HACCP workshops in the Caribbean each year.
We are an approved centre to a number of international accreditation bodies, and operate to very high professional standards. Our HACCP and food safety programmes are certificated by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), and many of our programmes are endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality.
Springboard Caribbean is also the strategic educational partner of the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association (CHTA), and frequently collaborates with National Hotel & Tourism Associations, Governmental business support agencies, and trade and export support agencies.
In conjunction with our partners, Springboard Caribbean’s principle focus is to provide affordable, simplified and practical HACCP and food safety solutions to Caribbean food businesses. This enables businesses to gain all the benefits of a fully compliant HACCP-based food safety management system that is easy to implement, has little impact on resourcing levels, and at minimal cost.
